The History Behind the Team
In late 2020, we embarked on our journey, and now we're proud to launch the 4th version of our team! What started as a small group of two individuals building projects for competitions has evolved into something significant. With Version 4.0, we are just one step away from becoming a startup. We invite you to join us as one of the co-founder/ee of MagnetMode Team and shape the future together.*
So far, our achievements have been centered around acquiring knowledge and experience. However, here's a brief summary of our accomplishments:
Ranked 4th among approximately 25,000 competitor teams and became national finalists for three consecutive years.
Secured over USD 2,000 in grants.
Developed the first working scaled low functional prototype of M-1.
Filed a patent application that is currently in progress.
Generated more than 100 project ideas, with some in the "Future List" and others discarded.
Participated in over 10 company and university meetups.
These accomplishments highlight only fraction of our dedication and commitment to our projects. We value innovation and constantly strive to push the boundaries. By joining us, you'll be an integral part of our growth and contribute to shaping the future.

Work and live together
Be together with your team face-to-face as much as possible
Decide, share and achieve a goal a day
Use daily OKR system to get things done everyday

We don’t have “working hours”, we work until get things done regardless to date, location and time

Looking for someone who loves engineering, especially electronics, mechanics, and programming. You need to be able to work multi-disiciplinary and curious about these fields.
Developer @ Xploroducts (1 people)
Looking for a passionate chief developer who loves coding, algorithms, and data. Must have interest in iOS and Android app development, including Flutter, Dart, and Swift. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire for continuous learning.

Please complete the form below to initiate the application process. We anticipate that it will take approximately one week to review your application and provide a response. If your application meets our criteria, we will invite you to schedule an online interview on a date of your choice.
#2 Attend to online interviews
We're excited to get to know you better through our 30-minute interview calls. Our aim is to understand your background and qualifications more deeply. We also encourage you to ask questions during the interviews to ensure you have a clear understanding of the opportunity. Please note that we may need to conduct two or more online interviews to make the best decision, so we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
#3 Approve simple agreement
Congratulations on making it to this stage! The final step is to familiarize yourself with our team rules and possibly discuss any specific statements or agreements tailored to both our needs and yours.
